Live in Guardians is happy to present a newly refurbished 1st floor flat

It is priced at £1400 which includes council tax but Guardians are responsible for utilities The flat is unfurnished, so you will have to provide your own bed and wardrobe facilities, but the kitchen is fully equipped.

We are a property guardian company, so you will be living in the property under a monthly license agreement. This means that your notice period is a minimum of 28 days.

We prefer to accept working professionals, 21 and over.

We will require the following documentation from you:

• 3 months’ previous bank statements OR
• 3 months’ previous pay slips
• A copy of your passport OR photo ID
• A character or employment reference
* DBS check

We require the following payments from you to secure a room:

• 1 month rent upfront
• 1 month deposit
