Two double rooms in flat just off Brick Lane

Hello!
We are Ollie & Catherine, and we’ve got two double rooms available in our spacious flat just a stone’s throw from Brick Lane. Our lovely housemates Barry & Guille are moving to Ireland, so the rooms will be available from mid-February.

We’re two creative professionals in our early 30s, both LGBT, and both very chilled and relaxed. Ollie has been here nearly 6 years, Catherine nearly 2. We both consider the flat home, and we’re looking for people who match our vibe.

The flat is set across three floors with a shared living area, kitchen, small garden and one and a half bathrooms (shower bath with toilet on first floor, toilet and sink on second).

Room 1 is on the second floor at the back of the flat, and room 2 is on the third floor at the front of the flat. There’s some built in shelving, but otherwise both rooms are offered unfurnished.

*FYI for accessibility: flat is above a shop so not ground floor, but is on the 1st, 2nd and 3rd floors*

The house itself is well kitted out, we are all quite independent but the place really feels like a home to us and we are looking for somebody with a similar mindset.

In terms of location we are a 4/5min walk to Shoreditch High St Overground station, c.10 min walk to both Liverpool St and Bethnal Green tube stations and c.15min to Old Street.

The new tenants would need to sign a 12 month lease and provide references and checks, etc. Rent is as stated, and 5 weeks' deposit is required by the agency. Bills come to c.£150/month all-in including a weekly cleaner, which leaves a little room for incidentals and the odd pub outing.
