Double room in flat just off Brick Lane

We have a double room (available end of June/July) Its a bit flexible until we know exact dates. We are just off Brick Lane and are looking for a professional in their late 20's or 30's to join our flatshare. The house is currently made of four guys. Scott is moving on so we are looking for someone to take his lovely room with views of the London Skyline.

The flat is set across three floors with a shared living area, kitchen, small garden and one and a half bathrooms (shower bath with toilet on first floor, toilet and sink on second). The double room on offer is at the top of the house and comes with a built in wardrobe space/storage.

*FYI for accessibility: flat is above a shop so not ground floor, but is on the 1st, 2nd and 3rd floors*

The house itself is well kitted out, we are all quite independent but the place really feels like a home to us and we are looking for somebody with a similar mindset.

The kitchen has had a bit of an update - new pics incoming.

In terms of location we are a 4/5min walk to Shoreditch High St Overground station, c.10 min walk to both Liverpool St and Bethnal Green tube stations and c.15min to Old Street. For all the gym goers - pure gym is a stones throw away.

The new tenant would need to sign a 12 month lease and provide references and checks, etc. Rent is £757.81/month plus 5 weeks' deposit. Bills come to c.£150/month all-in including a weekly cleaner, which leaves a little room for incidentals and the odd pub outing.

The flat is unfurnished so if you have your own items that will not be a problem. The kitchen and living areas are well kitted out however so you will just need your bedroom bits.
