Our flatmate is moving back to Spain and we are looking for a new person to move in from early-mid December. The flat would be shared with 2 girls, both 37, a marketing exec and a civil servant.
We like to have a relaxed and homely feel in the flat and are looking for someone we can share this with. We are close to some nice parks, big supermarket and 6 mins from Whitechapel station or Bethnal Green overground.
The flatmates work from home usually 2 days a week and have a 'work from home' area in the living room (pictured).
The bedroom is big and bright with a double bed and wardrobes.
We also have a small patio and a bike rack in the front car park.
Rent is £670 + bills approx £130 per month. Available from early/mid September. Deposit £700.
