thanks for stopping by :) Starting April 1st, a room will be available in this cozy flat in Brick Lane for 2 months :)

--- About the flat ---
The flat is located on the 3rd and top floor of the building. It's comprised of 2 double bedrooms and a nice big living room is available to share. The flat is fully furnished with exclusive features (exposed stone wall, wooden flooring, juliet balcony, recently renovated bathroom). Parking is also available.

To keep things simple regarding cleaning, we got a cleaner once a month. In the past I realized the topic of cleaning can cause trouble in shared flats so i just wanna avoid that :)

Honestly, it doesn't get any better than this!

- Walking distance to Aldgate East, Liverpool St, Shoreditch High Street and Whitechapel stations
- Walking distance to London Highlights like Brick Lane (10sec), Tower Bridge, Spitalfields Market, Shoreditch...

--- About me, the flatmate ---
Hi all, I've been in London for 3 years now and work in the City of London (walking distance!). In my free time, I like to go hiking, swimming, bouldering, watching theatres/musicals, meeting friends.... nothing out of the ordinary. Regarding work, i spend most days in the office and rarely do WFH.

--- About the financials ---
The stated rent of 1000GBP is just for the apartment itself. but the following is the estimation of your share per month:

- Council Tax Band D: 73 GBP
- Energy: 40 GBP (pretty much unpredictable at the moment)
- Broadband: 17 GBP
- Water: 15 GBP
- Cleaning fee: 25 GBP
= 1345 GBP per month all together
