Carter and Lander are looking for their new flatmate!

We are looking for a friendly professional, who enjoys living in London and wants to be part of a fun and creative household. This is an LGBTQ+ Queer hoursehold so be ready to be the most yourself you can be! 🌞

Viewings will start 6th of July and moving date 8th of August (can be flexible)

THE FLAT
We live in a lovely 3-bedroom house conveniently located close to Brick Lane, Shoreditch and Bethnal Green.
Our house has a good size lounge, open-plan kitchen with ample dining space, an entrance lobby for bikes (or more plants), two bathrooms, and a cute rear garden with barbeque for those warm summer weekends. (you'll see a cat tree on the living room, fyi cats are leaving 😢)

THE FLATMATES
We are Carter from Canada and Lander from Spain; 2 young chilled fun professionals. We enjoy time together having a chat, dinner, a movie or a party here and there. Carter works at a Physio Clinic with a great touch in painting, Lander is a motion graphic designer and a queer artist.

THE ROOM
Placed at the top, room with a North facing window and overlooking the church gardens. With a double bed with a built in storage wall and big wardrobes.

The room is available from the beginning of August, dates can be flexible.

LOCATION
The house is located on a quiet street, 2 minutes from Brick Lane and very close to Shoreditch and Bethnal Green. All transport links to the West End are within easy reach. Liverpool St Station, Brick Lane, Spitalfields and Colombia flower market are all within walking distance, allowing you to enjoy wonderful restaurants, bars, art markets, museums, and more.

RENT

The doble room is 1100 with bills included: Electricity/gas, water, wifi, and everything needed for washing machine, toilet paper, dish washer, cleaning products and other sharing items.
