Bright and spacious (3.5m x 3m) with a large built-in wardrobe, chest of drawers, and bed frame. You can bring your own mattress and furniture or we can ask the landlord for new ones. It overlooks a green space and even gives you a glimpse of the Gherkin!

𝐘𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐟𝐮𝐭𝐮𝐫𝐞 𝐟𝐥𝐚𝐭𝐦𝐚𝐭𝐞:
You’ll be sharing the flat with me—Mila! I'm 31, working in asset management (3 days in-office, 2 WFH). I like hiking, art, opera/theatre, and spontaneous Euro trips—but also spend a lot of time with my beautifully illustrated book collection. I’m always up for board games, catching some sunshine on the balcony, or binging something funny—but I fully respect personal space and alone time since I need them too.
