Double with own bathroom short or long term

Hi,

I'm looking for someone to share my beautiful flat just off Brick Lane short or long term. The room is a good-sized double complete with a double bed, bedside table, desk, and wardrobe with flexibility around furnishings. Everything is nearly new as I moved in late 2023 year and my current flatmate has only been in less than a year. The room also has its own family bathroom opposite, as the other room has an en-suite.

The rest of the flat consists of a large kitchen diner with a newly refurbished kitchen. There is also ample storage around the flat for someone who may have plenty of stuff.

The area is fantastic, within easy walking distance to workplaces in Shoreditch and the city with bars, restaurants, museums, and gyms on your doorstep. It is extremely well connected with Aldgate East Station, a 5-minute walk away and Whitechapel Station and Liverpool Street Station 10 minutes walk away.

Water is included in the service charge and I cover a fortnightly cleaner. Other bills are not included and currently cost around £100 per month. Short lets are possible but I'm likely to slightly raise the rent due to likely void periods.

I'm looking to conduct viewings from 17th September and to finalise someone shortly after.

I'm flexible for both short and long-term arrangements.
