I'm looking for someone to share my beautiful flat with just off Brick Lane. The room is a good-sized double complete with a double bed, bedside table, desk, and wardrobe with flexibility around furnishings. Everything is nearly new as I moved in a late last year and my current flatmate has only been in 6 months. The room also has its own family bathroom right opposite because the other room has an en-suite.
The rest of the flat consists of a large kitchen diner with a newly refurbished kitchen. There is also ample storage around the flat for someone who may have plenty of stuff.
The area is fantastic, within easy walking distance to workplaces in Shoreditch and the city with bars, restaurants, museums, and gyms on your doorstep. It is extremely well connected with Aldgate East Station 5 minute walk away and Whitechapel Station and Liverpool Street Station 10 minutes walk away.
I'm a 28-year-old man who works in tech. I work from the office 3 days a week and I'm normally out and about at weekends so you'll have the flat to yourself most of the time which is ideal for those who would like the option to work from home
A 50% share of bills comes to around £125 per month. £15 for Wi-Fi, £50 for gas and electricity, and £60 for council tax. The building's service charge covers water.
My current flatmate moves into her new place on 22nd September when she starts her Master's degree so the room is available from then. I'm looking to conduct viewings on weekday evenings wb 26th of August and wb 2nd of September between 19:00 and 22:00 with some flexibility on timings. I'd like to finalise a new flatmate by September 6th.
All lengths of stay are possible but for shorter and flexible lets I'm likely to raise the rent to cover potential void periods.
