Hi there, my flatmate will be moving out of our flat at the end of March 2026 and I am looking for someone to replace them.
The flat is in an ideal location, just off Brick Lane. We are well connected with tube, overground, and national rail stations nearby (Aldgate East ~8 mins walk, Liverpool Street ~10 mins, Shoreditch High Street ~10 mins, Whitechapel ~10 mins).
The available room is the one on the pictures. It has a double bed, bedside table, chest of drawers and 2 tall wardrobes including one with full length mirrors on the doors. You can also have the desk if you want it. The bed is an Ottoman with additional storage space under the mattress.
The kitchen has lots of storage and is fully equipped (fridge, separate freezer, oven, microwave, toaster, etc).
There are 6 flats in the building including ours, which is on the 1st floor. We share a communal patio and a bike storage room locked with a keypad. We also have a gated parking area at the back of the building.
The bills currently are ~£136 each on top of the rent. That includes council tax, wifi, water, gas & electricity.
Typical referencing is required and will be completed by the agency, which is a very smooth process.
