Lovely room available from December 20th!

Hi everyone!

Miriam and Andreea here! We have a lovely two-storey flat in the heart of Brick Lane, off Shoreditch High Street and we are looking for a new flatmate for our double bedroom.

The house features a bright big living room, fully equipped kitchen, balcony, lovely garden and fast wifi. The room is available to move in from the 20th December.

--THE FLAT--
The property is a two-storey flat occupying the top half of a four storey block right next to Brick Lane and Shoreditch High Street station. It is a generously sized house with fantastic shared spaces and plenty of daylight (really, no kidding!).

- Lower floor: here you will find the heart of the house, a massive shared living room facing the garden with a balcony. Additionally, there is a generous fully equipped kitchen (oven, fridge, washing machine, microwave, fire hobs) and an entrance hall with stairs leading to the upper floor.

- Top floor: This level has three bedrooms and separated toilet and shower. There is also some storage space available.

- Garden: there is a garden (6x10m aprox. - twice the size of that last picture) on the ground floor, accessed separately. It has a couple of apple trees, blackberries and plenty of space to catch the sun :)

--THE ROOM--
The room is located on the top floor. It is a cosy double bedroom with plenty of sunlight and storage - including a built-in wardrobe!

Bethnal green, right next to Shoreditch High Street. If you have been around London for a while, there is not much you don’t know already. If not (note that all are “WALKING” distances!):

I've been living in London for three years now and loving it so far! I love exploring new areas and going for long walks, reading, and meeting new people. On the weekends I like to chill and there's no better Sunday activity than going to Columbia flower market and visiting the lovely local shops!

Andreea has been in London for five year and loves exploring different neighborhoods, trying new restaurants, reading books and watching movies. she is looking forward to welcoming someone new to the flat and getting to know them!
