As I am moving with my partner from May the 15th, I am putting on here my massive and brith double bed room for a single use only (no couple sorry). The house is composed of 4 bedrooms with 2 bathrooms (to share with only one other person - one has the washing and dryer). The kitchen/living space is fully furnished with a dishwasher and direct access to a lovely south facing terrace/garden, perfect for the up coming summer!
Housemates : you will share the house with 3 others professional boys in their 20’s and 30’s, very chilled, easygoing and respectful of your personal space.
The location : the house is located in a quiet street just a few seconds from Brick Lane and vibrant Shoreditch area. The closest station is Shoreditch High Street overground station (c. 6mins walking).
The monthly rent is £1300 which includes all bills, wifi as well a cleaner every 2 weeks of communal areas. Deposit is 1 month rent.
