Huge double in social house - Brick Lane

Looking for a new flatmate to join our lovely flat just off Brick Lane in Mid Jan. Current flatmate is sadly leaving the country for work.

The room is a great size it has a double bed, desk, floor to ceiling mirrored wardrobe, chest of drawers and a wall mounted TV

The flat is in an awesome location in the middle of Brick Lane, very close to the food markets and a 10 minute walk to Liverpool St or Aldgate East. Its a basement flat split over 2 levels, with the living room on street level and kitchen downstairs.

There are 4 others in the flat, 2 females and 2 male and one of the guys is LGBT, and quite international 1 English, 1 Irish, 1 French and 1 Taiwanese. All working professionals. We all get on well with each other. We do socialise when we can with the occasional dinner or drinks, but also respect each others privacy.

Main benefits of the flat are the living room, location, and the cat - Marcus. The WiFi is excellent, we have Netflix, prime, etc, there's loads of storage In the attic, 2 bathrooms, a small patio/smoking area, and friendly housemates.

Pretty liberal and chill, all we ask is that you respect the space and each other, cleaning up after yourself in the communal areas.
