The room is a good size it has a double bed with storage, desk and 2 wardrobe units. As a basement room it doesn't have an opening window, instead a skyline above the bed and built in ventilation. It does get natural light in, but it isn't the brightest room in london.
The flat is in an awesome location in the middle of Brick Lane, very close to the food markets and a 10 minute walk to Liverpool St or Aldgate East. Its a basement flat split over 2 levels, with a garden area outside.
There are 4 others in the flat, 1 females and 3 males and one of the guys is LGBT. Quite international 1 English, 1 Argetine, 1 French and 1 US. All working professionals. We all get on well with each other and socialise when we can with the occasional dinner or drinks, but also respect each others privacy.
Main benefits of the flat are the living room, location, and the cat - Marcus. The WiFi is excellent, we have Netflix, prime, etc, there's loads of storage In the attic, 2 bathrooms, and friendly housemates.
Pretty liberal and chill, all we ask is that you respect the space and each other, cleaning up after yourself in the communal areas.
