Hello world of Spareroom.

I have a great double bedroom available in 2 bed flat just off Brick Lane and in close proximity to Liverpool Street Station (10mins away, Spitalfields Market and Shoreditch. It is a great area in which to live and on a relatively quiet street considering how bustling the area is. The building was only built 15 years ago and is not ex-local block and benefits from a dual entry system making it very secure. There is also a courtyard providing a secure place to store bikes. The room comes fully furnished including a small walk in wardrobe.

I will be moving out but you would be moving in with my good friend Mark who I have known for several years. He is a sociable considerate housemate who enjoys music, festivals, tv shows, the gym and going to all sorts of cultural events around London.

I am looking for someone with similar interests, relaxed and tidy, who also enjoys a casual beer in the evening in the flat.
