A great double room is available ASAP until the end of October (flexible).
The flat is situated next to Brick Lane, just a 5-minute walk from Shoreditch station, on the 4th floor with a lovely view to the city. 👀
You'll be sharing the flat with me, Clément, a 30-year-old French graphic and type designer. I work from home around 3 days a week I love cooking, music, get a drink and museum !
I'm looking for someone who is easy-going, tidy, and respectful to share conversations and some dinners and drinks.
The rent is £950 per month + around £150/£200 bills (water, council tax, electricity, gas, and wifi).
I'm doing viewings on Saturday, the 3rd, and Sunday, the 4th of August.
