Room available in an Garden house - Bethnal Green

My flatmate is unfortunately going to leave me and return to her home country at the beginning of September.
Therefore, I'm looking for someone to take over her room until the end of December with the possibility of a lease extension (I'll probably be leaving but you can take over the lease if you want).

It's a super cool cottage on bethnal green, with two gardens 🙂 Lots of Parks next door, you're only 5 min from the city and 15 min from the center and Oxford circus. We are 3min walk from Stepney Green tube stop and 7 min Bethnal Green station. We have a Tesco and Sains 5 min away too.

You'll be sharing the house with me, I'm in the office most days of the week (2-3days) and only come home in the evening.

I'm looking for someone laid back during the week ( although I'm always up for a pint, Netflix night or dinner ., etc..), I'm also always up for a night out at the weekend 🎉

I have no pets, but I have turntables, if you like to dance, you've found the right house 🫠

I am sociable and also respect everyone's privacy. I've lived for over 10 years with roommates so I'm used to living in a community.
