Very nice and calm room in Brick Lane

I am leaving this nice room in Brick Lane, I am looking for my successor in my friendly flatshare. I was working in the City, I went to work every day by walk, this place is great if you work in this area.

The area (Brick Lane) is very nice and young, the flat is cleaned twice a month by a professionnal (this is included in the rent), and the Flatmates are super nice, friendly, and calm. Living room is really large and has a balcony. You also have a small private garden,

Contract will be four month long (until may 30th) but you can ask for a longer term they will be happy to extend it. Rent includes wifi, council tax, cleaning, and all usual bills. Let me know if you have any question :)
