I've decided to no longer live in this house, and I am therefore looking for someone to take over my place. The people living in this house are absolutely fantastic. They are all great friends of mine who I have previously enjoyed living with.
All 5 of the current tenants are going into their second year at UCL.
The house has 6 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms on the ground floor. (The deposit, which is actually just the last month of rent 9/2025, is 1000 pounds, I just couldn't set that as the limit is capped).
The 5 tenants are hoping to have a cleaner come in weekly or bi-weekly to keep the shared space pleasant.
Whilst Brick Lane isn't considered the safest area, the previous tenants, also 6 UCL students, did reiterate how safe they felt living there for one year.
