Very large room with views in chilled house

Hey! Our mate Tom is moving out and we are looking for a replacement to join our home. We work in film & wellness, and are both very clean, looking for someone who will take good care of the space. We're not massive partiers these days and are generally quite quiet, both very into meditation, both musicians, and our fridge is mostly veggie :)

The room is really big with lots of storage and the flat overall is kept really nicely via regular communication with a private landlord
