About the flat
- Room: £1,025 per month. Comes with bed, desk, chair, chest of drawers, mirror and wardrobe.
- Flat balcony overlooking the city with beautiful sunsets.
- Shared lounge, dinning room and kitchen area.
- 1 bathroom.
- 3 bedrooms. Room available faces the south.
- Top floor (4th) so very warm in winter and no neighbour issues.
- Room available from mid October.

Requirements from the landlord
Please note these are non-negotiable so if you can’t meet these we sadly can’t consider you.
- you need to earn 2.5 the annual rent so minimum 31K a year. Otherwise, you’ll have to pay 6 months in advance
- Pay a deposit of 1,150
- 100£ for the paperwork of change in tenancy
- If not UK resident/citizen, right to rent number
- Passport, email and UK number
- Can stay in the flat until august 2025 at least

About your future flatmates
Elise (Dutch), Chris (British) and I (Spanish) have been living together for a year and a bit. We do stuff together like watch the euros, or a bit of ‘first dates’ or cook dinner together. We also make space to do our own thing as one of us is usually travelling or out and about.

Elise works for an energy company and Chris work for the civil service whilst finishing off his masters.

We’re chill, very clean and like to chat and joke. I would have stayed in the flat but I’m moving abroad so sadly need to say good bye to the flat that’s been my home for 2 years+.

We’re considerate and communicative. Expect some flat cleans where we’ll split the lounge, kitchen or bathroom between us.
