Brick Lane Flat ♡

Hi,

I'm looking for a new flatmate to move into this two bed flat as my current flatmate is sadly moving out of London.

The flat is located at the end of Brick Lane and so is a short walk from Spitalfields, Shoreditch, Liverpool Street and Aldgate East Station. It is located on the third floor and there isn't a lift but you get used to the climb after a while! The room can come furnished as the current flatmate is willing to leave behind the wardrobe, desk, chair and bookshelf and will also sell you the bed if needed. We would share a living room/kitchen and bathroom. I would like to add a TV and table to the living room if possible as we don't currently have one.

The flat would be available from the 15th of October (can be slightly flexible if needed) rent is £875 a month and bills are typically around £100.

- You are looking for a flat that feels like a home and a nice place to come back to after work/exploring London
- You are down to chill together when we are both in and watch TV/have dinner together/ get drinks occasionally.
- You aren't necessarily a clean freak but like to keep shared areas tidy and clean

✨About Me✨
I am 28 (about to turn 29) and have just started a Masters in Clinical Forensic Psychology at Kings. This means I'll be out of the flat on campus throughout the week as well as on placement two days a week.

I try to go the gym fairly often, I love laying out when it's actually sunny in London and my current obsession is Blank Street Blueberry Matcha Ice Lattes.
