I'm looking for a lovely flatmate in my lovely flat in the Bethnal Green / Whitechapel area.

The flat itself benefits from floor to ceiling windows, with a Kitchen/Living room combo, two bedrooms, one bathroom, and a balcony. You'd have access to the following amenities:

- Room with a double bed, wardrobe and dresser
- Livingroom with 65" TV
- PS5 with all major streaming platforms (Netflix, Disney+, Prime, Apple TV, Crunchyroll, Now TV)
- Fast internet (1 gbps Up/down)
- Cleaning lady 2x a week
- All common household consumable items
- Good range of kitchen cookware
- Bills included

You would benefit from a great location, being within reasonable walking distance to some of the better parts of London such as Brick Lane (10 minute walk), Spitalfields Market (20 minutes), Liverpool St (25 Minutes), Victoria Park (25 minutes), London Fields (25 minutes) and Bank area (35 minutes). Note: Times may vary and are based on my very slow walk speed...

Additionally, you'll have access to great transport links within walking distance, such as Bethnal Green Overground (5 minute walk), Whitechapel station (10 minute walk), Bethnal Green Underground (15 minute walk).

About me: 35 years old, originally from the Dominican Republic. I've been living in the flat for slightly over 4 years now, fairly sociable (bars, pubs, raves, parties, dinners, etc.), tidy (in a regular human kind of way) and travel often. Former Investment Banker now trying to start his own gig.

About you: Professional, sociable (unfortunately we'll need to get on!), tidy (also in a normal human way), hopefully with interests and hobbies.
