Room for rent in girls' flat in Brick Lane!

Hi! We're looking for someone to fill a room in our flat just off Brick Lane, to sign a 1 year lease with a 6 month break clause. Two of us have lived in the flat for a year already and two of our current housemates are leaving to work abroad; we have another friend moving in, and we'd love you to be the fourth! We are all friends from university and now work as a lawyer/research assistant/PhD Student.

The house is an entirely self-contained above a shop - see floorplan in the photos. The room available is the larger one on the top floor. The rent doesn't include bills; these are about £150 pcm, although it drops in summer when the heating is off! The landlords have been great and the house is really nice - see photos attached and message me if you'd like more videos (couldn't attach more than one here).
