Sublet in the heart of Shoreditch

I am subletting my large double room with own balcony in Shoreditch.
Great location the flat faces brick lane, but it's on the quieter end of it.

You would be sharing with 3 other girls, all young professionals.

The rent is £910 + around £80 bills including council tax.
Its avaliable from the 27th November until the 1st of April, but an earlier move in date/ later move out date can be discussed.

It's a split level flat, the room you would look it is technically a living room so there is only the kitchen and bathroom that's shared.

My roommates asked to meet the potential renter so would prefer someone who is in London already and can come meet us in person.
