We have a lovely , cosy 1 bedroom available from the 6th January. Preferably we are looking for long stay. It's a central area with many amenities and famous landmarks nearby.

This is a ideal location with many shops nearby , from a large Sainsbury's to Planet organic as well as local corner shops
With Spitalfields market around the corner as well as a street food market open every Saturday & Sunday. Not to mention many pubs nearby as well asian cuisine

In total 3 bedroom ( each occupied by 1 tenant). the bathroom / kitchen is shared ( along with the washing machine). majority of the equipment is provided and shared out.
You'll have your own storage cupboard space in the bathroom and designated storage space in the kitchen cupboards , along with your own shelf in the fridge and freezer..

Female : 29 British Polish , Vegan & Kosher. - working at London Philharmonic Orchestra

Male : 27 , Italian - working in financial sector

Requirements:

- long term
- pays rent on time
- friendly and respectful
- very clean and tidy ( There is a general weekly cleaning rota , everyone cleans after themselves)

All bills are included ( tax , broadband etc).

The room is fully furnished
