January sublet double room + private office

Hey! I am going away from 31 dec - 3 feb and looking for someone to sublet my huge double room/suite. It has a private office/lounge area with a roll out sofa/workspace and a large tv. My flatmates are both lovely. Shaun works in film and Ben is a teacher. We have a really nice modern kitchen and a shared living room as well as the private office I mentioned. It's a great deal!
