Furnished en suite double room near Brick Lane

Hi! We are looking to rent a furnished en suite double room in our house from the 1st October. We are looking to sublet but open to long term joining the contract after 2 months.

The room is a gorgeous sunny double bedroom with its own bathroom, in a 3 bed 2 bath house. We also have a private parking lot with lots of outdoor sunny space for sunbathing/eating outside etc! (please note our flatmate sunbathing after a run :) in the pictures) and a private garden in the back which is nice and private. We spend A LOT of time in the outdoor spaces. The flat is near Brick Lane with good connections to Shoreditch High Street, Bethnal Green, Liverpool St, and Whitechapel.

The house has a nice social vibe with the odd housemate dinner/movie night. We’re two friends, Issy and Taylor (both she/her) in their 20s and 30s (working as a pastry chef and editor, respectively), with a good mixture of working from home and in the office. We're looking for people who identify as female or non-binary and no couples or pets (sorry!)

The room is £1100 per month plus bills (Bills are about £125 per month).
