we’re looking for someone to join our lovely flat in shoreditch!
The room: £1090pcm
the biggest room in the flat! comes with a bed, mattress, 1x wardrobe, a big desk and a couch. the room also has double doors with a juliet balcony which are perfect for the summer!
the flat has a kitchen, separate toilet and bathroom, unfortunately no living room (but we make do with chatting at the kitchen table and going to the pub or for cute brunches)
you’d be living with me (imi), 23 I work as a tailor, and Nicole who works in tv.
me and nicole have lived here between a year - a year and a half, we’re looking for someone fun and social who can help make the flat feel like a home.
bills and council tax (tower hamlets band c) aren’t included in the price of the rooms but they come to around £100 altogether.
the tenancy agreement is a year long.
we’re lgbt friendly, looking for a young professional between the ages of 22-27, no couples or students unfortunately.
