Double room in Shoreditch, £1000 bills included

Looking for a gal to move into the third bedroom of our lovely flat!

Location:
E2, 3 minutes from Brick Lane.

Transport links:
10 minute walk to Whitechapel (circle/hammersmith/district & lizzy lines)
5 minute walk to Bethnal Green (central line and overground) and Shoreditch High Street (overground)

The room:
Furnished double room with plenty of storage space, a double bed and mattress (arriving tomorrow), a large wall mirror, and a large clothing rail. High ceilings and a big window.

The flatmates:
I (Amy, 31) am an actor/creative.
Kate (28) works in HE.

Money and formalities:
- The rent is £1000 pcm inclusive of bills
- (We are looking into getting a fortnightly cleaner which would work out approximately £20-25 each per month on top of this)
- Deposit of £1000 (one month’s rent)
- Proof of employment & earnings needed
- ID needed
- Parking is available outside of the flat if you apply for a permit with the council
- Safe and secure building with lovely neighbours
- The flat is on the first floor (no elevator)

We are looking for someone:
- 27 or over
- LGBTQ+ friendly
- clean and respectful
- predominantly works in the office — though some WFH is fine
- work focused during the week, so quite chilled out
- appreciates a mix of solo time and having a chat
- not looking for a party house (we do have friends over sometimes or might host on a weekend)
- no pets
