Liverpool Str Station is 10min walk and Aldgate East is 6 min walk. The rent is £1325 per month, Council Tax (Tower Hamlets) is £73 per person & around £85pp for the rest of the bills (electricity, water, internet).
I have been living in the flat for the past year and I find it very comfortable and convenient location wise.
I am a 30 year old architect from Greece and I work from the office 5 days a week.
