Room in flat just off Brick Lane ♡

Hi,

I'm looking for a new flatmate to move into this two bed flat as my current flatmate is sadly moving out.

The flat is located at the end of Brick Lane, and so is a short walk from Spitalfields, Shoreditch, Liverpool Street and Aldgate. It's on the third floor and there isn't a lift, but you get used to the climb after a while! The room comes furnished as the current flatmate is leaving behind their furniture. Stuff in the living room is mine and you'd be welcome to use/share it. We will share the living room/kitchen and bathroom.

The flat will be available from the 2nd of November (can be slightly flexible if needed). Rent is £875 a month and bills are typically around £100-£150 a month.

- You are looking for a flat that feels like a home and a nice place to come back to after work/exploring London
- You are down to chill together when we are both in and watch TV etc., but enjoy your own space, and have a life outside of the flat.
- You aren't necessarily a clean freak, but like to keep shared areas clean and tidy ✨

I've just turned 30 and I work as an assistant forensic psychologist. This means I am working on-site Monday-Friday.

I enjoy exploring London with my friends, and trying new restaurants/bars. I recently started playing tennis and I'm out a lot, but I do love a rot day watching trash tv - currently watching 90 day fiancé UK.
