Hey I’m Ben and I’ve got a spare room free in the apartment I rent. It’s a bright, modern 2-bed - 3 bathroom flat in the heart of Shoreditch (Bacon Street, E2). It’s a big apartment and I’ve been living here for nearly 4 years. I recently took over the whole place but as I travel so much for work it feels a waste to leave the place empty so often.

Th apt is over 110sqm and quite big. The space is open-plan over two floors. A downstairs kitchen diner, courtyard and bedrooms. Upstairs is the office and lounge and balcony. I’ve fully furnished the place. Excellent transport links (Shoreditch High Street 5 mins, Liverpool Street 10 mins). Close to Brick Lane cafés, Columbia Road flower market, and all the East London buzz.

• Fully furnished double (bed, wardrobe)
• Quiet and private — perfect for working professionals
• £1300 pcm + bills + cleaner (shared fairly). Would prefer a regular cleaner once a fortnight. She’s great and cost effective. Bills + cleaner come out to around £200 per month each

I’m Ben, 32, originally from the UK but often travelling for work in healthcare/AI. Easy-going, tidy, respectful, and social when time allows. I like to keep the flat relaxed and comfortable when I’m home. It’s a calm base in a lively part of London.
