We’re looking for a new housemate to join our lovely 3-bedroom flat between Bethnal Green and Shoreditch. I’m moving out, so my bright double room will be available from 20 November 2025.

About the room:
Spacious double room fully furnished with a bed, desk, wardrobe and chest of drawers — perfect if you work or study from home.

About the flat:
You’ll be sharing with Carlos (25, young professional from Spain) and Rebecca (25, PhD student from Italy). Both are friendly, tidy and easy-going — the flat has a relaxed, respectful atmosphere where everyone gets along but also enjoys their own space.
There’s a shared kitchen/living area with all the usual amenities.

Location:
The flat is on a quiet residential street just 10–15 minutes’ walk from Bethnal Green, Whitechapel, and Shoreditch High Street stations. You’ll be steps away from Brick Lane and Columbia Road Flower Market, surrounded by cafes, shops and parks.

Rent & bills:
• £920 per month
• £10 internet, £20 water, electricity top-up (~£30pp/month)
• Managed by Dexters (2-year contract remaining, but you can move out with 1 month’s notice if you find a replacement)
• Full-time employment or UK guarantor required
