I’m looking for someone to take over my flatmate’s room in our lovely 2-bedroom flat right on Brick Lane. We’ll each have our own bathroom.
The flat is fully furnished, and the room has a built-in wardrobe. Bills come to around £150–170 per month, depending on usage.
Deposit is 1529 GBP
I’ve been living here with my best friend, who’s sadly moving back to his home country for work. This isn’t a “shared house” situation — it’s a home. I’m looking for someone who values personal space, is tidy and respectful, and ideally works from the office rather than from home.
It would be nice to occasionally cook together, watch a movie, or go out for a drink, but I also really appreciate having quiet personal time.
