Welcome to 10 Chilton Street our fantastic three-floor home right in the heart of Shoreditch, just one street away from the iconic Brick Lane!
The ground floor is all about good vibes — a spacious living room, a fully equipped kitchen (yes, there’s a dishwasher 😌), a comfy sofa perfect for movie nights, and access to a cute little garden perfect for summer barbecues.

E2 6DZ, East London
You couldn’t ask for a better spot — Shoreditch High Street Station is just a 5-minute walk, with Liverpool Street and Whitechapel at 15min walk.
The area is packed with amazing coffee shops, vintage stores, bars and food spots. Lots of brands tend to open pop-ups and run events nearby.

💸 Rent & Bills

We’ve got two lovely double rooms available:
• 🛏️ Room 1 – £1,100/month
Located on the first floor with a window facing the street (it’s surprisingly quiet considering the location).
You’ll share a bathroom on the same floor with two other flatmates.
• 🛁 Room 2 – £1,200/month (en suite)
On the top floor, with your own bathroom and a cosy vibe.

Bills are about £150/month each, and rent is paid on the 6th of every month.
Both rooms come furnished and ready to move in.

👫 Your Flatmates

You’ll be sharing this lovely home with two amazing people that I couldn’t be happier I met:
• Abhijith (24) – works in the Civil Service as a Financial Strategist. Super social, kind-hearted, and always up for something fun from house dinners to nights out. Also a big chess lover, so get ready for a few matches if you are into it! ♟️
• Krish (23) – A huge Chelsea fan, into photography, web design, filmmaking and always up for a pint, a chat, or a chill night in.

We often cook and eat together, and love keeping the house warm, friendly, and full of good energy. We have a strong alumni network who often come back to hang out with us.

💫 Who We’re Looking For

We’re after friendly, inclusive, open-minded, and social flatmates who enjoy living in a home where people actually hang out!
We love dinner parties, game nights, and spontaneous plans, but there’s also plenty of space to recharge and have quiet time when you need it.

We prefer young professionals aged between 22 to 28 with cool jobs, skills. But mostly care about the vibe.
