Cozy Bedroom in Brick Lane flat

Hey! I’m looking for someone to move in as soon as possible. The flat has a shared, recently renovated bathroom, a spacious living room, a fully equipped kitchen, and a balcony. Also included is a dishwasher and washing machine.

Please note: the photos were taken when the previous tenant was living here: the bedroom is spacious, comes with a balcony terrace, and has curtains for privacy. Matress is given with the room, for a double bed as well as a large wardrobe fro storage and clothing.

A bit about me: I’m a painting student, so you’ll probably see a lot of art around the place! I love having the occasional wine night, but I’m always considerate and will check in before having friends over. Cleanliness is important to me; I like keeping things tidy, but I’m not strict about it (a cup left out is no big deal).

I’m ideally looking for another student to move in, since the flat is council tax–exempt for full-time students. However, the most likely band seems to be D, but I can follow up on this if needed. I am not strict on pets, prefer cats, however floors are carpeted upstairs so perhaps find a way to avoid any kind of damage to that.

It would be amazing if you have a TV, since mine broke recently, but otherwise the flat is fully set up. I’m super relaxed and happy for you to decorate or add your own touches to make the space feel like home.
