Professional, tidy and living with my little Zelda (3 years old female cat, playful demands cuddles, pays no bills).

From beginning of January,
Looking for 2 chilled, clean, respectful professional humans who want a home, not a hostel for 1 large and 1 medium double rooms with a small green garden.

The rooms are partially furnished with beds.

Bills not included but are standard : council tax, gas, electricity, water, internet , average total TBC.

Must be cool with:
-a friendly cat
-shared-space cleanliness
-occasional craft / social gatherings

Super well located, very close to transport, short walking distance to Whitechapel (7minutes) / Liverpool Street/ Aldgate/ Shoreditch High street (between 12 & 15 minutes)
Quiet street yet closed to buzzing east London.

About me, I’m a project manager who, in my spare time, take pics of street art for fun
I work hybrid (Farringdon + WFH), like running/cycling/yoga/gym, Netflix, cooking and keep the place neat — Zelda supervises.
I like to have people around at times but I’m respectful of other people’s space.

PS: although in the ad it sounds like I’m living there, it’s not quite the case just yet, but because I am connected to the landlord through mutual friends they have given me carte blanche to look for housemates. I need to move out of my current house by 8 January
