- 5 mins to Aldgate East (district line)
- 10 mins to Liverpool Street (connected to everything)
- 2 mins to the pub
- 2 mins to Morleys
- This is an 8 bed, 3 bathroom house, with a big kitchen which functions as dining area, and a huge roof/balcony.
- No pets/couples (sorry)

The vibe in the flat is great. We all get along and hang out with each other / have dinners and drinks together often. We aren’t a big party house but we have also had some great parties (the roof is perfect for that). We appreciate everyone has their own lives but we’re after someone who buys into the house dynamic, and makes an effort to be friends not just flatmates.

The roof is great (especially during summer)

We've got a mix of people in the house, from 23-32, working in the arts, law, dance, publishing etc. We're a nice bunch and LGBT friendly.
