Large room in well located Brick Lane flat

I am looking for a replacement to take my room in our large Brick Lane flat, some details as follows:

The room:
- Very big, with space for a double bed, storage, a desk, sofa and then some - comes mostly furnished (besides desk and chair, which are negotiable)
- Double glazed windows, so keeps heat in well
- On the other end of the flat to the other bedrooms, so plenty of privacy, particularly in the evenings

The flat:
- Second and third floor of a standalone building on the Whitechapel end of Brick Lane
- Two bathrooms, one toilet and a large kitchen with double oven/stove/sink
- No living room, but a large private roof space which is great for hosting (weather dependent) and smokers
- Extremely well connected - under 10 minutes to 4 different stations (including Liverpool Street), with various others a little further afield
- Washing machine and dryer + plenty of clothes rack spaces for wet days

The flatmates:
- Range of professionals and one student in early to late 20s mainly from the UK (5M 2F)
- Opportunities to socialise, but everyone respects each others’ personal space and allows plenty privacy

Misc:
- Available from 17 December
- £60 for bills paid monthly - covers power, water, gas, internet, communal products (cleaning, toilet paper, kitchen essentials etc)
