Room in Zone 1 (Takeover contract) - Central East

Hi,

We are currently three flatmates living in a 3-bedroom apartment, and one of us is sadly leaving London as he found a job in Amsterdam (room available right away!). We have a shared living room, one bathroom that we share, and three bedrooms with each a double bed.

The location is pretty amazing, with many cute cafes, nice pubs, plenty of shops, good restaurants and places where we can go grocery shopping nearby (Tesco express is 2 mins away for last minute groceries). Liverpool Street is 10 minutes away from the flat, and Aldgate East 3 minutes (walking). Multiple buses and bike lanes are also nearby. We are very close to a busy area (Brick Lane), but since we are two streets away, our neighbourhood is actually super calm and not noisy at all (perfect to work remotely).

A bit more about us:
I (28, F) am currently doing my PhD in demography at the London School of Economics. I am French (currently learning Spanish), and I love climbing, hiking, baking cakes and chatting over drinks or dinner. I also perfectly understand the need for privacy and enjoy some time alone to unwind !

My flatmate (26, M) is a Hungarian PhD student and a medical doctor, visiting for a reasearch stay at Queen Mary University. He enjoys eating sweet things, reading and thrifting.

We are both relatively new to London, so we are clearly not against finding a flatmate to also hangout with, as we already enjoy sharing dinners, drinks, while also obviously having our personal lives as well.

- Rent: 933 pounds per month, 6 months have to be paid up-front to the leaving tenant. IF NOT POSSIBLE AT ALL, NO PB: we can find an arrangement (for example you transfer me the money monthly, and I transfer the 6 months to the landlord).
- The bills are approx 70 pounds per person per month (water, gaz, electricity, wifi included); the boiler has just been replaced, so hot water and heating are working perfectly well
