The bedroom available for use includes a bed, bedside table, curtains, and a wardrobe (the door is broken).

It is a 3-minute walk to Shoreditch High Street Overground Station.
Bethnal Green Station and Liverpool Street Station (Underground) are both about a 15-minute walk away.
There is a bus stop right in front of the flat with direct buses to Central London.

The nearest supermarkets are Sainsbury’s and Tesco, both a 2-minute walk away, and Iceland is about a 10-minute walk.
There is a 24-hour off-licence next door.

You will be sharing the flat with a Japanese person.

Smoking is allowed on the balcony.
