Short Term Sublet near Brick Lane

I’m going back to NZ for 3 weeks so hoping to fill my room during that time - dates are a bit flexible so if you want to stay for a month that’s fine! 620 is from 23rd Jan - 16th Feb (if you want to stay longer the price will increase

About the place:
7 min walk to brick lane
10 min walk to overground (weaver line) and 12 mins to tube (central line)
bus stops 30 sec walk away
tesco express across the road, larger tesco 7 min walk away
close to so many cute wine bars, coffee shops, vintage stores etc in shoreditch

bills are not included, usually come to around 50 pounds (I’ll be paying council tax so this covers electricity, gas, water)

You’ll be living with 3 lovely girls in their 20s, everyone is super friendly but we have very different schedules so don’t see a lot of each other! There is a small living room upstairs as well as a table in the kitchen that are communal spaces :)

Room has a large window that lets lots of light in, wardrobe, desk and bedside table

Perfect for someone in between flats or new to the city trying to get on their feet!
