Double Bed Room in Shoreditch!

I am subletting my double bedroom just off of Brick Lane for a month and a half, from March 1st - April 15th! The room is really bright and sunny, and is fully furnished with bedding, hangers etc. (I’ll move out a bunch of my stuff to make space for you!!)

The property is a 4 bed, with 1 bedroom on the ground floor, and 3 bedrooms on the first floor. There is an open plan entrance/living area and a large communal kitchen, with a dining table, washing machine, dishwasher and all standard kitchen utilities and utensils. The flat is situated in a gated community, with very friendly neighbours, so it’s super secure!

There is a tesco 1 minute walk away, as well as numerous cafes, restaurants, pharmacies, post offices within 5 mins walk!

You will be living with Ruby (22), Zoe (19) and Izzy (23) - we are all working full time and like to keep the flat fairly quiet and chilled on weeknights but are always happy to have a chat and keep a homely feel.

All bills are included in the rent, and we have an amazing cleaner who comes every Wednesday afternoon which is also included in the total.

Looking for ideally a young woman in their 20s who is clean and tidy and comfortable sharing a space respectively with others. Let me know if interested and we can schedule a viewing :)
