Double room on Brick Lane

We're looking for a lovely flatmate to join our super central flat right on Brick Lane. This is a lease takeover starting 23 February until 30 June, with the option to extend!

The room: A super spacious room at the rear of our flat (No noise!) with a nice big window for some great morning light. The bed and chest of drawers will stay and everything else will go. You will also have a massive closet (rare in London).

The flat: 1.5 baths that are shared between all of us and 5 minute walk to Shoreditch High Street session, and a 15 minute walk to Whitechapel station as well as Liverpool Street station. We're quite literally on Brick Lane so you'll have access to delicious food and amazing vintage shops.

Cost: £940/pcm (plus ~£100 bills)

About us: We're both working professionals in our mid-20s, both in the charity sector. We love having a home cooked meal, watching our favourite reality tv shows or latest films. We also love a night out and spending time with our friends. We both work hybrid roles, so we'll be both in office and wfh each week. We also enjoy a respectful and clean home.

What we're looking for: A friendly and respectful housemate that likes sharing a clean space. We like to socialize while also having time to relax on our own, and hope you do too! Bonus if you like wine, anything arts and crafts, and shitty reality tv. Female only and no couples, sorry!
