Hi there!
We are looking for a fourth flatmate for our friendly house just off Brick Lane!
We are:
India - 33, originally from Vienna, who is currently working for a cutesy charity in Pimlico. She loves her plants and herbs, her dish & glassware, interior designing the house, a margarita, a good movie & book and the farmers market on the weekend. She’s a semi vegan and very into a zero waste life style.
Sophie - a 29 year old Canadian who works in children’s theatre (and is as wholesome as that sounds). When not rushing out to different arts events and shows, she can be found reading, painting, cookin’ veggie food, and rearranging the plants in her room.
Our third flatmate Georgie is moving out in the Spring, so there will be two newbies in the house!
We are looking for someone social, who is interested in being part of ‘the family’ and who is looking for a home rather than just a place to crash. We love a movie night on the projector, drinks in the garden when the sun is shining, and a cosy house dinner.
We want someone who is clean and tidy!!! (and we mean it). We are happy for someone to work from home but ideally no more than 2 days a week.
Added bonus if you enjoy a environmentally conscious/zero waste lifestyle! We are both vegetarian and would be happy to live with someone similar, but it’s not a dealbreaker.
The house is a 4 bedroom, 3 storey townhouse with a garden (those with green thumbs encouraged!) and small living room located right off brick lane. The room available is a bright, small double room that comes furnished with a double bed and a wardrobe that's in the hallway so you have more space in the room.
It’s a very quiet and green street. The room is available from the 11th of April. We’re on a contract with a decent private landlord until December (who’s okay with changing tenants if you move out earlier, as long as you fill your room). We’re intending to renew the contract once it’s done!
Rent and bills come to £770/month, with the occassional extra top up needed for gas and electricity.
