Quiet Brick Lane Single, Bills Included

Furnished single room available from 1 June to 9 September maximum in a peaceful flat on a quiet lane just off Brick Lane.

The location is very well connected: around 5–10 minutes to Aldgate East, and 10–15 minutes to Shoreditch High Street, Liverpool Street and Whitechapel. Great if you want East London energy nearby, but still want to come home to somewhere calm.

The room comes furnished with a single bed, desk, chair and cupboard. You would share a toilet and bath with one other person. There is another toilet share by all three flatmates.

The flat has a lovely spacious living room with big windows, plus a well-equipped kitchen with washer/dryer, dishwasher and plenty of storage space.

You’d be sharing with a UCL master’s student from Canada and an Oxford PhD student from Australia. The household is pretty independent, clean and peaceful. We have a simple cleaning rota where we rotate toilet cleaning, bins, and kitchen/living room cleaning monthly.

Rent is £1,300 per month including bills. A discount may be possible for an immediate start. Preferably looking for a woman (the two other flatmates are women), but open to the right person.
