Top floor two bedroom flat with private rooftop terrace and great view. Bright, well-kept, lived-in with good shared space.

The room is a good-sized double with wardrobe, space for a desk or a couch, and natural light. Mattress replaced a year ago.

I’m 32, well-traveled Italian working in academia, I’ve been here 7 years and love the flat. Looking for someone easy to live with — tidy but not OCD, down to earth, and up for a dinner or a film together now and then but also with a life outside the flat.

Available from 27 July, earlier entry could be possible.
