Large Room in Central East

We have a beautiful big room available in our flat. You will have your own bathroom located outside of the room. The flat is large and open plan with a juliette balcony. You'll be living with Alice and Annabel - we are friends and really like living in a social fun flat. We have professional 9-5 jobs (finance and sustainable energy) working in Canary Wharf and the City. We'd love to have someone who is social, likes wholesome vibes and likes to party. Bills are an extra 150 / 200 depending on time of year. The flat also benefits from a concierge.

A bit about us:
Annabel 28 from London / Hastings, went to Bristol Uni and LSE: I love second hand shopping, pilates, music, swimming and traveling.
Alice 30 from Ireland went to University College Dublin: Loves running (ultras)!, music, gym and going to bars.

We both love a wine and cheese night, boardgames (just got risk) and watching shows together. We're good friends prior to living together so go to festivals, host dinner parties together and want you to join!
