En-Suite Room with Private Balcony in Shoreditch

We’ve got a spacious en-suite room available in our 3-bedroom house in Shoreditch and are looking for a great new housemate to join us.

The house is spread across three floors and has loads of space compared to most places in the area. On the ground floor you’ll find a large living room with a TV, a big kitchen with plenty of room for cooking, and a garden that’s ideal for summer BBQs.

The Room

The room is on the top floor, giving it a nice sense of privacy from the rest of the house.

It comes with:

* A private en-suite bathroom (shower and toilet)
* Lots of storage space
* A private balcony with views across the city skyline

The Location

The house is in the heart of Shoreditch, with easy access to the City, Liverpool Street, Old Street, Brick Lane, Columbia Road, and all the cafés, restaurants, pubs, parks, and independent spots that make East London such a great place to live.

About the House

We’re looking for someone who’s tidy, considerate, and up for being part of a home rather than just renting a room.

This is a sociable house where we’re happy to share the occasional dinner, trip to the pub, coffee, or catch-up in the living room, while also respecting each other’s space and busy schedules.

Both my flatmate and I work in finance and music, so we are pretty much in the office most days. We have sociable weekends and my flatmate is always travelling for work, which means the flat is often empty during that time.
