Hi everyone,

We are looking for a friendly, respectful and responsible housemate to join our home.

A little about us: we are two Italians, one male and one female, both 28 years old. We are professionals and students, originally from the same small village in Sicily, and have been close friends for many years.

Ilenia works as an Administrator for a lettings agency, while I work as a Lettings Agent for the same company. We are very sociable, friendly, and easygoing people who enjoy cooking, travelling, going to the gym, exploring London, and making the most of sunny days with long walks around the city. We love discovering new places, trying different foods and enjoying life.

We are both open-minded, LGBTQ+ friendly, and believe that a home should be a welcoming and comfortable place where everyone feels respected.

We keep the flat clean and organised. We have a rota for deep cleaning, but we also clean after ourselves every day and expect the same level of consideration from whoever joins us. We enjoy socialising and having a chat after work, but we also respect each other's privacy and personal space.

As our current housemate is leaving the UK, we are looking for someone kind, reliable, clean and respectful who understands how to live harmoniously in a shared home.

• Bills are usually around £60–£80 per month, depending on usage and are generally lower during the summer months

Ideally, a female professional or someone from the LGBTQ+ community. However, the most important thing for us is finding someone respectful, friendly, clean and considerate of others.
