The house is adjacent from Brick Lane and a less than 5 minute walk from Shoreditch High Street overground station.
You will be sharing with 3 other girls in their 30's so looking for another girl to keep the balance.
The house is a big and really nice to live in, especially in the summer as we have a little patio and very close to shoreditch park.
We have:
- 2 toilets / 1 bathroom
- Well lit kitchen
- Bright and spacious living room
- Washing machine + Tumble dryer
A cleaner comes bi-weekly for communal areas.
Rent - £820
Bills - £150
Both to be paid directly to me.
Myself and/or current housemates would love to meet before agreeing to sublet.
